In 2013 a Brazilian man was killed in bed by a cow that dropped through the roof and landed on him. According to BBC, Joao Maria de Souza was resting in his bed when a cow grazing on a hill behind the house stepped onto the asbestos roof and crashed through, landing on him. The injured man was transferred to the hospital, where he eventually died.
